The delivery anticipation

I made a really huge order last week with Fire Mountain Gems. The UPS tracking information hasn't been updated since the order was originally picked up on Dec 26th. I'm am so excited! Unfortunately.. being my luck, it will probably arrive Wednesday.. which just happens to be the day I return to work (my geek job) . :-(

I need a measuring gadget.

I have a difficult time determining the size (mm) of beads. I can tell the difference between 6mm and 8mm. The problem is with 2.4mm and 2.5mm or 3mm. I wish there were a bead sorting gadget similar to a coin separator. It would be nice to toss the beads in the top and the sorter would dispense them to the appropriate container.

Still no web service :-(

My Google Apps web service is still not working tonight. I emailed their support group this morning. I'm hoping to get the problem resolved soon, however I might have to consider hosting it somewhere else.

I'm discouraged with Google Apps

I created a domain name ( via Google Apps. I added my customized web pages using their web page creator. Everything looked great! Then I went to enable email delivery to my domain. I followed the instructions provided by Google. Now my web site URL gives me an Error 404!

I know the pages are there. I can see them in the dashboard area. I found a Google help page that mentioned my web services may be interrupted temporarily if I made any DNS changes. I'm not sure how long the 404 will last, but it's down right frustrating!
